A large and bright workplace conceived as a micro-community that focuses on teamwork.
Engel & Völkers, a company specializing in the sale and rental of luxury real estate, has recently opened a Market Center in Rome at Cinecittà.
The space of about 750 square meters was completely renovated and interpreted by the architect Anthony François Fekete of the FASE Architetti Associati studio who followed the various phases of the works. Designed to accommodate a large work team and encourage collaborative activity, it has been designed as a series of micro-communities communicating with each other, respecting workflows.
Thanks to targeted advice on the context and the customer’s needs, a reliable and punctual service and a wide range of products, the company has contributed to the creation of a welcoming and comfortable environment capable of facilitating the daily activities of the office.
The Market Center is developed around a long corridor overlooked by numerous rooms including an executive office, three large operating rooms for agents, six meeting rooms of different sizes, three call-booths, a refreshment area with kitchenette and a meeting space.
At the entrance, to welcome customers, an elegant and essential welcoming area takes shape around the Reception Z2 desk – made with custom sizes – and the Accord armchairs positioned in the waiting area. The interior continues in a series of areas whose division is largely entrusted to the M3 glass partition walls, solutions that allow the rooms to be marked while simultaneously combining privacy and relationship with the surrounding environment: a calibrated choice in favor of a pleasant visual permeability that does not interfere with the actual performance of the work.
The three large operational spaces for real estate agents focus on the concept of teamwork and are designed to facilitate interaction and collaboration. The X4 desks meet this need: modular, expandable and multipliable, they are configured in function of the square footage and create work islands that encourage the exchange of ideas and information. The bench tables are combined with the Okay chairs: ergonomic and comfortable, adjustable in height, in the inclination of the backrest and in the rotation of the armrests.
The catalyst for conviviality is the breakout area. Here you will find both a dining area equipped with a customized kitchenette with T02 tables and Close chairs, and a room designed for quick briefs or pleasant conversations. To accompany moments of sharing and informal meetings, the Close stools and the Creo tables.
In line with the visual identity of Engel & Volkers, the interior design follows precise aesthetic coordinates: neutral colors such as white, gray and black, sober and minimal lines, and a stylistic continuum that reflects the values of seriousness and competence of the real estate company.
Thanks to a vast and articulated portfolio with ample customization possibilities in terms of sizes, finishes and colors, it has made available the most suitable furnishing solutions for formal requests, functional and qualitative aspects of the client, responding quickly to any variations. With many years of expertise, it has provided an efficient and punctual service, respectful of the construction site timelines, contributing to the success of the project.
